My passion lies in helping individuals discover holistic wellness by addressing the root causes of their health challenges and aligning their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
As the founder of Harmony Health and Wellness, LLC, I have created a faith-based business dedicated to promoting evidence -based functional health guided by biblical principles. Through personalized and integrative care, I collaborate with certified Health Coaches to empower clients to honor their health as a divine gift and embrace a life of wholeness and grace.
My work is rooted in my own healing journey, years of experience in the allopathic clinical environment, and discovery that health is a divine gift from God and that true transformation begins when we honor our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. It is my honor to walk alongside others on their journey to healing, bringing a message of hope, empowerment, and God’s promise of abundant living.
